About the role:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Trainee (Pune office) to provide technical assistance and support to our internal team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to internal team members and clients via phone, email, and in-person.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as necessary.

· Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

· Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

· Perform system upgrades and updates as needed.

· Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software.

· Document and maintain IT inventory and assets.

· Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.

Qualifications:

· 0 to 1 yr of exp in an IT Support role

Bachelor’s degree IT support or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

· Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.

· Knowledge about ticketing systems and remote support tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Interview: 2 Rounds

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
