About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who combines strong communication and analytical skills with a deep understanding of social media performance metrics. The ideal candidate has proven experience in scaling social media channels (beyond meme pages or basic marketing handles) and can drive meaningful brand growth across platforms.

This role will play a key part in building and amplifying our corporate brand presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, shaping “Life at Amber” storytelling, and scaling TikTok channels across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn and TikTok
• Drive corporate branding initiatives especially for “Life at Amber” channel
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice
• Scale social media channels through data-driven experimentation and optimization
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve content performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) for content ideation and execution
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
• Support global expansion by tailoring content for different regions (especially for TikTok)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven track record of scaling social media channels (meme marketing not counted)
• Strong communication – verbal and written (non negotiable)
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Experience with tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of content trends and audience behavior

Bonus Qualifications (Good to Have)

• On-screen presence (comfortable appearing in videos/reels)
• Experience owning or growing a personal or professional content channel
• Exposure to international or multi-region content strategies
