Artist/Account Manager Full Time NEW

Bingelabs is looking for a Artist/ Account Manager to manage and scale the personal brands of founders and VCs. In this role, you will act as the primary relationship owner for high-profile clients, managing their brand positioning, partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with founders, investors, and high-profile stakeholders
• Develop and execute personal brand strategies aligned with business goals
• Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships, collaborations, speaking opportunities, and podcast features
• Coordinate with internal teams including writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely project delivery
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities including events, media features, and cross-industry collaborations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, creator management, brand management, or related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling abilities
• Understanding of personal branding, founder branding, and brand positioning
• Experience managing high-profile clients, founders, or leadership stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and partnership experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or CRM tools is preferred
• Understanding of the Indian startup/founder/VC ecosystem is a plus
