Team Leader / Call Centre Executive

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month
Shift Timing
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Centre operations or Team Leader role.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer communication professionally through calls.
Support daily operational activities and team coordination.
Maintain customer service quality and resolve customer queries effectively.
Prepare and maintain basic reports using Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi.
Fluency in Marathi language is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge with working experience in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Work From Home Requirements
Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum 40 Mbps speed.
Power backup is mandatory.
Laptop/Desktop required for work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience in customer support, call centre, or team handling will be preferred.
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
