Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, for an AI Tools + Social Media + Automation Executive. Core responsibilities include managing and optimizing the company’s use of AI tools to drive efficiency, creating and executing social media strategies/posts/videos,etc. to enhance online presence, and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows. The executive will also troubleshoot system issues, provide project management support, and deliver training to ensure effective utilization of tools and systems.

* Create and manage social media content across platforms

* Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, Gemini, CapCut, etc.

* Plan, schedule, and automate content/workflows

* Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & WhatsApp marketing

* Create reels, carousels, captions & ad creatives

* Coordinate with influencers and content creators

* Setup and manage influencer marketing campaigns

* Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, follow-ups & collaborations

* Assist in lead generation campaigns and CRM automation

* Work on AI-powered business systems and growth strategies

* Research trends and implement creative growth ideas

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
• Strong Communication and Training skills to work collaboratively and educate team members
• Experience in Project Management to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Knowledge of Machining or related technical expertise is an added advantage
• In-depth understanding of AI tools, social media platforms, and automation workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Mumbai
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, marketing, or associated field is preferred
