Lead Creative Strategist Full Time

You’ll lead our creative strategy team of four and own creative output across our D2C client roster, with a heavy focus on Meta ad creatives. You’re the person the team comes to when they’re stuck, the person who sets the bar for creative quality, and the person clients trust to bring sharp thinking to their accounts.

Roughly 80% Meta ad creative (concepts, scripts, hooks, angles, creative direction). Roughly 20% social media and content production (organic ideas, content strategy, production oversight).

What you’ll do

• Lead, train, and mentor four creative strategists. Review their work, unblock them, and help them get better.
• Own creative strategy for assigned D2C accounts. Develop campaign ideas, hooks, scripts, and ad concepts that perform on Meta.
• Write copy that does the work. Hooks, scripts, captions, and landing page copy when needed.
• Run client conversations. Walk clients through creative thinking, defend decisions, take feedback well, and turn it into better work.
• Build systems the team can repeat: brief templates, hook libraries, swipe files, review processes.
• Track what’s working in the market and translate it into ideas for our clients.
• Partner with the performance team on creative testing roadmaps. Feed learnings back into briefs.

Must-haves

• 3-4 years in creative strategy or copywriting for D2C, with at least 1 year managing or mentoring people.
• Strong portfolio of Meta ad creatives you’ve personally conceptualised or directed.
• Sharp copywriter. Hooks, scripts, short-form. You can show us examples.
• Direct client communication experience. You’ve presented work, handled pushback, and kept relationships intact.
• Comfortable giving direct feedback to your team without crushing them.
• Collaborative by default. You make the people around you better.

Nice to have

• Experience across India and GCC markets.
• Production background (briefing editors, shooting UGC, working with creators).
• Agency experience, not only in-house.
