About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Digital Marketing & Hospitality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, customer interaction, and brand promotion. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, assisting with hospitality operations, and supporting floor management activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for the company.

· Shoot, edit, and post reels/videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

· Maintain regular social media engagement and respond to customer queries online.

· Coordinate promotional activities and branding initiatives.

· Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth customer experience.

· Welcome and assist customers/guests professionally.

· Support hospitality and event-related activities when required.

· Work closely with management to improve customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Requirements

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Canva, video editing apps, and social media trends.

· Creative mindset with confidence in creating reels and promotional content.

· Presentable, active, and customer-friendly personality.

· Ability to multitask and manage floor operations efficiently.

· Prior experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility

Age: Below 30 years.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

Freshers with good creativity and communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
