We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused Performance & Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands growth deeply — from app installs and paid campaigns to content strategy, influencer collaborations, and organic brand expansion.

This role is for someone who has real hands-on experience scaling campaigns, optimizing funnels, and building digital growth engines.

Role Overview

You will lead performance marketing, social media growth, app acquisition campaigns, content optimization, and digital brand expansion across multiple platforms.

You should be extremely strong in paid marketing, analytics, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and growth execution.

Core ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Plan, execute, and optimize app download campaigns across Meta & Google
• Drive high-quality app installs and optimize for in-app actions & conversions
• Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and App Campaigns
• Execute Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and app downloads
• Continuously optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, CPI, and conversion funnels
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
• Track attribution, campaign analytics, and performance insights

SEO, GEO & Content Optimization

• Implement advanced SEO, AEO & GEO, and organic growth strategies
• Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for rankings and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Improve website visibility, indexing, and search performance
• Work on content structuring, metadata optimization, and organic traffic growth

Social Media & Content Strategy

• Build and execute platform-wise social media growth strategies
• Create content calendars and scheduling strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Analyze market trends, viral formats, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators for high-performing campaigns
• Develop high-engagement short-form content strategies

Influencer & Brand Marketing

• Plan and execute influencer marketing collaborations
• Identify creators, real estate influencers, and niche communities for partnerships
• Build UGC (User Generated Content) growth initiatives
• Coordinate creator campaigns and content amplification strategies

Offline & Brand Growth Initiatives

• Execute offline marketing initiatives and brand activation campaigns
• Support event-based promotions, partnerships, and experiential marketing activities
• Help expand Dooritt’s premium brand positioning organically

Strict Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing is mandatory
• Strong experience running app download campaigns and conversion funnels
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Experience optimizing for in-app actions and event-based campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and content optimization
• Ability to analyze metrics, dashboards, and campaign performance independently
• Strong understanding of audience psychology and growth strategies
