Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team as Telecallers & Sales Executives. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, generating business leads, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, and related industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client interaction, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business partners
• Promote company services, events, conferences, and business solutions
• Identify and generate qualified business leads
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
• Support the sales team in business conversion activities
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain professional relationships with domestic and international clients
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company offerings
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement and retention
• Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams
3. Reporting & Database Management
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Update and manage client databases
• Ensure proper documentation and communication tracking
4. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Additional linguistic skills will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and target-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or client servicing preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
