Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Computer Specialist will be responsible for programming and software development, managing machining processes, and providing technical training to team members or trainees. Day-to-day tasks include developing and debugging code, optimizing machine operations, and designing or delivering training programs to support technical skills development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Programming, including software development and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Machining processes and the ability to operate or troubleshoot technical equipment effectively.
• Proficiency in Teaching technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the ed-tech industry or educational training is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
