We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – SAP Transportation Management (TM) to drive end-to-end delivery and lead SAP TM initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about logistics transformation and SAP solution design.

Function: Enterprise Applications

Role Highlights

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions

• Work on Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, and Freight Settlement

• Drive end-to-end implementation, including testing, cutover, and go-live support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, MM, and EWM

• Mentor team members and own module-level delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of SAP TM experience

• Strong expertise in transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, and freight settlement

• Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and solution design

• Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA or ECC systems

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Good to Have

• SAP TM Certification

• Exposure to BOPF, PPF, BRF+, FPM frameworks

• Experience with MuleSoft or middleware integrations

• Knowledge of freight optimization and performance tuning

• Exposure to Fiori analytics and reporting
