Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workday HCM Techno-functional Consultant located in Chennai. The role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions, and bridging the gap between technical requirements and client business needs. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify solutions, configuring Workday modules, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and design tailored solutions.
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
• Understanding and experience in Business Processes and workflows for HR and financial systems.
• Consulting expertise with the ability to recommend optimal system configurations and solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance processes and functionality as it relates to Workday HCM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Workday HCM implementations and certifications is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
