Sr. Executive Operations Full Time

Job title : Sr. Executive – Operations
Location: Satragachi, Howrah
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Preferred Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain Operations

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, warehouse, and CNF operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all CNF (Carrying & Forwarding) operational activities.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatches, and collection entries in the system.
• Prepare and share MIS reports with respective stakeholders within timelines.
• Identify pending operational activities and coordinate with concerned teams for timely closure.
• Maintain coordination with internal teams, warehouse staff, and transporters for smooth operations.
• Ensure operational accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 – ₹420,000.00 per month
