Job Description Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customer experience, through effective leadership and supervision of daily operations and personnel, strategy planning, contract compliance, resource optimization and capability development for an account. Senior Manager Digital Marketing and Content creation

•    Contribute to RFPs by shaping compelling design narratives, solution concepts, and visual artifacts to support business development

•    Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
•    
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and communicating project updates and progress.
•    
 Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
•    
 Quality Control: Ensure that all creative work meets the company’s standards for quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
•    
 Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them.
•    
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align creative projects with overall business objectives.
•    
 Reporting and Analysis: Track project performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management on project status, budget utilization, and key performance indicators

•    Able to manage team size of 200+ resources.
