• Responsible to complete generate DO daily (Mr.Diy/Mr.Toy/Mr.Dollar).
• Prepare new outlet reorder.
• Record all cancellation outlet on daily schedule and report.
• Updating receiving (Brunei / Singapore/ Ecom).
• Prepare Singapore / Brunei / Ecom reorder follow schedule.
• Prepare Own Use order.
• Be required by arrangement tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.
• Will advise time to time on job scope based on management discretion and any work related with the
• Department.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Logistics, Retail, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks such as generating DOs, preparing reorders, and updating records.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory, or warehouse management systems).
• Good communication skills to coordinate with different outlets and departments.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
