Corporate Strategy Director Full Time

Key responsibilities:

1.Develop and refine the corporate strategy:

analyze internal strategies, assess their effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define & refine the corporate strategy ,aligning it with firm’s goals and objectives.

2.Spearhead M&A Activities:

lead the identification, evaluation and execution of potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making processes. Develop business cases, negotiate deals & oversee post-merger integration efforts.

3.Identify market opportunities:

continuously monitor trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities for the organization. Evaluate market entry plans ,estimate new business models and recommend innovative approaches to capture market share & drive revenue growth.

4.Foster global and deep understanding of the regulatory environments & markets particularly within the BFSI sector, collaborate with cross-functional teams while working with various departments and provide guidance to objectives of internal stakeholders.

5.Drive strategic initiatives and participate in projects as well as leverage data-driven insights. Monitor and report on performance and establish key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of M&A and corporate strategies and communicate the progress.
