We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to support our business development team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, introducing digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales within the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for orders queries, order status
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly calling targets (daily 100 – 150 Calls)
- Handle basic client queries professionally
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing
- Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate / pursuing graduation
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior telesales or customer interaction experience is an advantage
