As an Operations Associate, you will act as the primary liaison between students and internal teams (academics, administration and support functions). Your focus will be to ensure smooth communication, timely resolution of queries and efficient execution of day-to-day program operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Associate to anchor the day-to-day execution of our PGP at our Cybercity campus. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of student experience, program delivery and campus operations. You will act as the central point of coordination for all student-facing activities, ensuring seamless execution of the program and an exceptional on-campus experience.

You will work closely with students, faculty, and internal teams, playing a key role in shaping the overall learning journey. As the central coordinator for all student-facing activities, the individual shall be responsible for promoting student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs, campus activities and developing a healthy environment for students’ growth.

The individual will be integral to the Post Graduate Program and act as a liaison between students and the PGP Office, thereby maintaining a clear line of communication between students and other stakeholders. The individual will work closely with the administration in program development and would be responsible for driving overallstudent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries and concerns.
• Support day-to-day program operations including schedules, sessions, and logistics.
• Promote studentengagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities.
• Organise events and initiatives to enhance student involvement.
• Gather regular feedback from students and incorporate changes to improve overall experience
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, academics) and external stakeholders
• Ensure coordination and collaboration on campus-wide projects.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
• Actively address and resolve students’ grievances.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with students.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 6 months – 2 years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/staff, and external partners
• Experience in people facing roles would be an added advantage
