We are looking for a Junior Executive – EPR Operations who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental sustainability. This role offers hands-on exposure to EPR operations, compliance processes, partner coordination, and sustainability initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities Support EPR Operations

• Assist in execution and coordination of EPR activities for Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, and other categories
• Maintain operational records, documents, and compliance data
• Coordinate with recyclers, vendors, and channel partners for smooth execution

Data Management & Reporting

• Update MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards
• Maintain records of CoRs/CoEs, invoices, and UTR details
• Support the team in preparing client reports and compliance documentation

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, recyclers, and clients
• Assist in onboarding and maintaining partner databases
• Follow up for operational updates and documentation

Compliance Support

• Assist in maintaining documentation as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines
• Ensure proper filing and organization of operational and compliance records
• Support audit preparation and verification activities

Process Improvement

• Help identify gaps in operational workflows
• Support implementation of digital tools and process improvements
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Commerce, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, compliance, sustainability, or waste management.
• Basic understanding of EPR and waste management concepts is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the sustainability sector
