Cross-Function (Sustainability) Business Analyst Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business goals, strategies, and operational processes in depth

• Collaborate with business SMEs to drive pre-discovery, data discovery, and digital roadmap initiatives

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project progress

• Write user stories, manage Scrum ceremonies, and prioritize product backlog

• Develop and execute test scripts for business validation

• Design solutions aligned with technical architecture, database design, and performance needs

• Assess business and system impacts and support delivery planning

• Provide regular updates on progress against digital product and capability roadmaps

• Drive user adoption, conduct training, provide hypercare support, and collect feedback

• Ensure solutions are deployed, embedded into operations, and continuously improved

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain specialization preferred)

• Minimum 8 years of overall business experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related functions

Required Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development

• Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

• Experience in writing user stories, managing Scrum activities, and backlog prioritization

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of design-thinking practices (empathy, ideation, prototyping, testing)

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics)

• Experience in large, cross-functional programs

• Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar tools

• Experience with digital product management and analytics solutions

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure ecosystem

• Scrum certifications (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer)

• Experience working in global, complex organizations
