ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing professional (2+ years experience) who can create content, edit videos, design creatives, and manage social media growth end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role — not strategy-only.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
- Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
- Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails
- Write captions, hooks, and marketing copy
- Plan and execute weekly content calendar (minimum 4–5 posts/week)
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta / LinkedIn)
- Track performance and improve engagement, reach, and leads
- Stay updated with trends and implement viral content ideas
- Strong video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Basic paid ads experience (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads)
- Content writing & storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Content Creation
- Portfolio with videos + creatives (mandatory)
- Experience handling brand or business accounts
- Strong understanding of engagement & growth tactics
- Content output consistency
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
- Follower growth
- Leads generated from campaigns
- Video views & reach
