• Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC): Our ARC practice partners with finance teams as an extension of their function. • Sustainability & Climate Consulting (SCC): Our SCC practice delivers end-to-end sustainability, climate action and ESG solutions, helping organisations drive responsible and future-ready growth. Position Overview
Manager – Digital Marketing, Social Media, website, AI – Brand Building
- 5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — SEO/SEM, paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), website management (WordPress/Webflow), and YouTube/video content strategy
- Demonstrated experience running or managing social media channels for a B2B brand — LinkedIn-heavy, with measurable follower growth and engagement metrics
- Experience marketing AI or tech products/platforms — ideally SaaS, AI tools, or professional services firms with a tech identity
- Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools — e.g. HubSpot AI, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Synthesia, or equivalent for content, SEO, and campaign automation
- Experience working with or for US-based clients — understanding content tone, messaging cadence, and platform preferences of prospective clients
- Ability to manage video production pipelines — scripting, working with creators/agencies, YouTube channel management, short-form reels for LinkedIn/Instagram
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics platforms — Google Analytics 4, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with website performance and CRO — A/B testing, landing page optimisation, conversion tracking
- Has built or contributed to a brand narrative around technology/AI — thought leadership content, whitepapers, webinars, or eminence-building campaigns
