About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on operational strategy, process optimization, workflow management, and business operations intelligence.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to operational planning, team coordination, workflow analysis, process improvement, and performance management, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world operational challenges.

Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for operational automation, workflow intelligence, business process optimization, and scalable organizational management.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated operational and workflow-related outputs
• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
• Assess AI outputs for operational efficiency, process accuracy, workflow scalability, and business relevance
• Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, coordination gaps, or execution risks in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
• Support workflows involving operations planning, process optimization, reporting systems, and cross-functional coordination
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on operational intelligence and workflow automation

Requirements

• Background in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of workflow management, operational processes, reporting systems, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with project management tools, CRM/ERP systems, analytics dashboards, or business operations platforms is preferred
• Experience managing teams, operational workflows, or process improvement initiatives is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
