Performance Marketing Manager/SM Full Time

Our client, a profitable and fast‑growing D2C brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to own the full funnel — from strategy to execution — and drive portfolio‑level growth across Meta & Google.

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels (Meta, Google).
• Manage and optimize monthly spends upwards of ₹2.5 Cr, ensuring strong ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to push the growth needle.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Build scalable processes for campaign management, reporting, and performance tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, ideally in high‑growth D2C environments.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale budgets (Monthly spends upwards of 2cr) and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to balance efficiency with scale.
