Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager Marketing (PMT) role based in Noida. The PMT professional will be responsible for overseeing product launches, formulating marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns. The role also involves managing promotional activities, creating content aligned with brand goals, analyzing market trends, and engaging with stakeholders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Brand Management
Develop and execute product marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals
Manage positioning, messaging, and visibility of assigned products
Plan annual marketing calendars and promotional activities
Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms
PMT & Marketing Strategy
Develop promotional inputs (PIs), visual aids, sales tools, and marketing collaterals
Design and execute product launch and lifecycle marketing strategies
Support sales teams with product training and marketing support materials
Coordinate with creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution
Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer insight studies
Track industry trends and identify growth opportunities
Analyze sales and market data to optimize product performance
Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-launch review
Work with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams for product development and rollout
Support pricing, packaging, and product differentiation strategies
Monitor post-launch performance and suggest improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, marketing, regulatory, design, and supply chain teams
Ensure smooth execution of product launches and campaigns
Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in PMT/Product Marketing in pharma, nutraceutical, FMCG, or healthcare
Strong understanding of product management and brand strategy
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and market research abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Profile
Experience in nutrition, wellness, or healthcare brands preferred
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
