Job Title: Brand Strategist
About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can blend the art of storytelling with strategic thinking to craft impactful brand communication. This role goes beyond writing—you will be closely involved in developing the creative direction for campaigns, shaping mood boards, conceptualizing hoarding one-liners, and ensuring that every piece of content ties back to a larger brand narrative. The ideal candidate should have experience in a digital marketing agency environment and a keen eye for both big-picture campaign strategy and detailed content execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize creative strategies for brand campaigns, including mood boards, key visuals, and one-liners.
- Develop campaign ideas and content directions across digital platforms and mainline advertising.
- Write clear, persuasive, and brand-focused content for:
- Campaign one-liners, hoardings, banners, and print materials
- Video scripts, ad campaigns, and promotional shoots
- Pitch decks, brand presentations, and creative proposals
- Social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and marketing strategists to bring creative concepts to life.
- Research market trends, competitor communication, and audience insights to drive innovative campaign ideas.
- Edit and refine content to ensure alignment with brand voice, creative strategy, and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content and creative strategy within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking (campaign one-liners, hoarding copy, mood boards, brand campaigns).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across formats.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative direction, and content trends.
- Ability to work across multiple campaigns, manage deadlines, and think both creatively and strategically.
