About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution skills with a structured approach and can operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across functions and experience levels
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Manage EOR relationships and ensure compliant employment arrangements across geographies
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including PF, PT, and TDS
• Maintain and update HRMS and payroll systems with high accuracy
• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience across both Talent Acquisition and Payroll
• Hands-on experience with payroll tools/software and strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
• Exposure to or experience with EOR management will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a process-driven and organized approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
