We have an immediate closure vacancy for a Junior Marketing Coordinator with strong social media experience to support Garage.app’s marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and community-building activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital experiences, tracking trends, and contributing to a fast-paced startup environment.
The Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on marketing role with a strong emphasis on social media. You will work across multiple marketing functions, supporting content coordination, managing social media platforms, assisting with campaign execution, and strengthening a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

What You will Do
Social Media Management
• Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
• Monitor comments, mentions, and conversations and engage with the audience meaningfully
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging style across all channels
• Track platform trends and algorithm updates to keep content relevant and effective
Content Creation and Coordination
• Support the creation of posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, and written content
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, and CapCut to improve content quality and turnaround
• Coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams to turn updates and launches into social-ready content
• Help maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing across all platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas
Campaign and Marketing Support
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns for product launches, webinars, and events
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets, copy, and approvals for campaigns
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting, scheduling, and basic reporting
• Help with market research, competitor tracking, and audience insights
Community Engagement
• Respond to audience interactions and encourage meaningful conversations
• Identify relevant trends, online discussions, and engagement opportunities
• Support collaborations with creators, founders, and startup communities
• Help grow Garage.app’s online presence organically across platforms
Reporting and Performance Tracking
• Monitor content and campaign performance metrics across social and other channels
• Prepare simple reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign results
• Share observations and suggest improvements based on data and audience behavior
What You Will Bring to the Team
This role suits someone equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn post, coordinating a product launch campaign, and pulling together a weekly performance report. You might be a recent graduate, a junior marketing executive, or a content creator who wants to grow into a broader marketing role.
Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Internship or project experience at a startup, SaaS company, agency, or creator-led brand is a plus
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Exposure to basic email marketing, campaign coordination, or content planning is an advantage
Skills
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and short-form content formats
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and design
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
