About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in SaaS marketing across India and Dubai (UAE) markets. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing high-budget campaigns across Meta, Google, JioHotstar, and other digital platforms, with a deep understanding of SaaS funnels, lead generation, and revenue growth metrics.

This role requires someone who can independently drive performance marketing strategies, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for SaaS products across India and UAE markets
• Manage paid campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• JioHotstar Ads
• LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X, Native & Programmatic platforms
• Drive lead generation, free trials, demo bookings, and paid subscriptions
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, MRR, and ARR
• Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to retention
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams for GTM campaigns and growth initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Manage high ad spends while ensuring strong ROI and scalable growth
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and privacy policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Experience managing campaigns on JioHotstar or large-scale media platforms
• Proven experience handling India and UAE/Dubai markets
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription funnels, and cohort analysis
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and Clevertap
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance goals

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-ticket SaaS products
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing
• Exposure to international campaign scaling and multi-currency ad management
• Basic understanding of CRM tools, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing
