Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Senior Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) Affordable Business, located in Thane. Responsibilities include managing loan servicing and disbursement processes, overseeing a portfolio of loan products, and ensuring effective customer service to clients. The role also involves identifying potential clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) and affordable business segments. The manager will contribute to business growth by providing financial solutions and meeting operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing and handling diversified Loans
• Strong Finance and Portfolio Management skills
• Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability in achieving sales targets, especially in the Loan Against Property (LAP) domain
• Sound knowledge of financial products targeted at the SME and affordable business market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven and competitive market
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
