Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. This role includes procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
Manage procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationships
Oversee inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution operations
Monitor supply chain performance and identify improvement areas
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers
Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Reduce operational costs without compromising quality
Handle demand planning and forecasting
Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Regulatory Requirements
Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams
Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
MBA or relevant certification preferred
2 years and above experience in supply chain/logistics/procurement roles
Experience In Manufacturing Industry (preferred)
