Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Sales Lead. The Technical Sales Lead will manage sales operations, provide technical support during client interactions, and ensure seamless customer service. They will identify and pursue sales opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and act as a bridge between technical teams and customers to deliver optimal solutions tailored to client needs.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities for building long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Technical Support experience for effectively addressing client inquiries and delivering tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
