🚀 We’re Hiring | Scrum Master / Project Manager | Bangalore (JP Nagar) | Onsite
Are you a delivery-driven Scrum Master who can also lead complex, cross-functional programs? We’re looking for someone who brings both Agile excellence and strong project management muscle to our growing Engineering team in Bangalore.
📍 Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (Onsite)
Salary starting at 20 LPA
💼 Experience: 7–12 years
🕐 Full-time
🔷 What you’ll do:
✅ Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Engineering teams — facilitate standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
✅ Lead delivery for large, cross-team initiatives — own scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
✅ Build and manage detailed delivery plans in Jira
✅ Remove blockers, track risks, and keep stakeholders informed at all times
✅ Bridge Engineering, Product, and QA leadership in a globally distributed setup
✅ Coach teams on Scrum- process with purpose, not ceremony for ceremony’s sake
🔷 What we’re looking for:
🎯 7+ years in Agile delivery — Scrum Master, PM, or hybrid role
🎯 Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM or equivalent)
🎯 Strong Jira expertise — dashboards, workflows, roadmaps, reporting
🎯 Solid technical acumen — you can hold your own in architecture and dev workflow conversations
🎯 Experience managing complex dependencies across distributed teams
🎯 Excellent communication — clear, confident, and proactive at every level
🎯 Background in SaaS or enterprise software is a big plus
