We are looking for a highly driven, high-agency individual to own pipeline generation and market growth initiatives for an AI hiring and talent management platform. This role is designed for smart generalists who enjoy solving difficult business problems from first principles, moving fast, and building scalable GTM systems from scratch.

About the Company

Peoplebox.ai is a YC-backed voice AI startup building advanced AI solutions for hiring and talent management. The company serves 500+ organizations globally through its AI interviewer product, Nova, and its talent management platform focused on performance, growth, compensation, and workforce alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive pipeline generation targets across assigned markets
• Design and execute rapid GTM experiments to identify scalable acquisition channels
• Engage directly with prospects to understand hiring and talent management challenges
• Collaborate closely with founders on product positioning and GTM strategy
• Analyze funnel performance and continuously optimize conversion processes
• Build scalable systems and workflows using AI and automation tools
• Provide customer insights to improve product direction and messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in consulting, founder’s office, startup operations, growth, or related fields
• Strong first-principles problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated high-agency mindset with a track record of ownership
• Ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with interest in automation and AI tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Background from top institutions or highly competitive environments
• Experience building or scaling projects from scratch
• Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or no-code systems
• Understanding of SaaS, recruiting technology, or GTM
• MBA or equivalent business exposure
