Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), P&L Management, Balance Sheet Analysis, Fundraising, Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, and Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and analysis
• Cash flow planning and working capital management
• Financial modeling and business performance reporting
• Fundraising activities (Debt, Equity, Working Capital, VC funding)
• Investor presentations, pitch decks, and valuation support
• Coordination with banks, NBFCs, lenders, and investors
• ROI analysis, profitability analysis, and business planning
• Financial reporting, compliance, and audit support
• Leadership reporting and management presentations

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis
• Expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet Analysis, and Financial Modeling
• Fundraising and Investor Relations exposure preferred
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 3-7 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Investor Relations / Strategic Finance
• Startup or fundraising experience preferred
• Strong ownership mindset with strategic thinking ability
