Role Overview

The Founder’s Office will work directly with the leadership team and play a critical role in driving strategic execution, operational coordination, business analytics, and process optimization across the organization.

This role is ideal for highly analytical, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial individuals who can operate across departments, solve complex operational challenges, and help scale a fast-growing international business.

The role requires strong ownership, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution

• Translate the founder’s vision and company goals into actionable execution plans.
• Ensure key business priorities and strategic initiatives are implemented on time.
• Track company-wide growth initiatives and operational progress.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability systems.
• Drive follow-through across teams to ensure execution excellence.

2. Cross-Department Coordination

Work closely with multiple departments including:

• Direct Sales
• International Procurement
• Quality Assurance
• Logistics & Supply Chain
• Accounts & Finance
• HR & Hiring
• CRM & Data Management

The Founder’s Office will act as a central coordination function to improve communication, reduce execution gaps, and ensure alignment between departments.

3. Business Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Analyze:
• Sales performance
• Customer acquisition trends
• Profit margins
• Inventory movement
• Vendor pricing
• Operational efficiency
• Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist leadership with forecasting and business planning activities.

4. Process Building & SOP Implementation

• Build scalable systems, workflows, and operational structures.
• Develop and implement SOPs across departments.
• Improve operational efficiency and organizational productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve process-related challenges.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives.

5. Founder Support & Decision Assistance

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Prepare presentations, strategic reports, and business review documents.
• Support leadership during high-level negotiations and partnerships.
• Assist founders in prioritizing key business decisions and opportunities.
• Work on special strategic projects directly with leadership.
