Job Opening for IT Support Assistant at Joshi Autozone Pvt Ltd Dealer for Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai and Honda.
Job Role:

• Hardware and Software: Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading workstation hardware (PCs, Laptop, printers, scanners) and software applications.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolving hardware and software incidents, internet connectivity issues and peripheral errors.
• User Support & Onboarding: Setting up workstations for new employees, providing orientation on systems and providing technical guidance to staff.
• Security & Compliance: Ensuring devices meet security standards, applying patches, and implementing security protocols
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and managing inventory.

Key Skills Requirement:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Proficient in diagnosing complex hardware and software failures.
• Qualifications: Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
