Position: Online Marketing Associate

Digital Marketing | Performance Marketing | Franchise Lead Generation

We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Online Marketing Associate to join our Chennai office. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening Chai Waale’s digital presence, improving brand visibility, generating franchise leads, and supporting customer engagement initiatives through structured online marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both branding and performance marketing and is passionate about scaling a growing QSR brand through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Google Ads
• YouTube
• WhatsApp campaigns
• LinkedIn
• Other online platforms
• Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for:
• Brand awareness
• Retail promotions
• Customer acquisition
• Franchise lead generation
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including:
• Search Ads
• Display Ads
• YouTube campaigns
• Location-based campaigns
• Lead-generation campaigns

SEO & Website Growth

• Implement SEO strategies to improve:
• Organic traffic
• Google rankings
• Website visibility
• Franchise enquiry visibility
• Coordinate keyword research, landing page optimization, blog support, and local SEO initiatives.
• Improve Google Business Profile visibility and online reputation management for stores.

Franchise Lead Generation

• Generate prospective franchise leads through:
• Meta campaigns
• Google campaigns
• Lead forms
• WhatsApp funnels
• Landing pages
• Online promotions
• Coordinate with internal franchise teams for:
• Lead qualification
• Follow-ups
• Lead tracking
• Conversion improvement
• Work on campaigns focused on franchise expansion across Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and other growth markets.

Social Media & Content Coordination

• Manage and coordinate social media presence across platforms.
• Support development of:
• Reels
• Posters
• Ad creatives
• Promotional videos
• Campaign content
• Marketing copies
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for campaign execution.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor and report campaign performance metrics such as:
• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• ROAS
• Engagement rates
• Reach & impressions
• Conversion rates
• Website traffic
• Franchise enquiry performance
• Analyze competitor activities, digital trends, and market opportunities.
• Suggest improvements for digital funnels, campaign efficiency, and customer engagement.
