Procurement Executive – D2C eCommerce (India + China) Full Time NEW

🔍 We’re hiring a Sourcing Specialist to manage procurement across D2C brands, 1000+ SKUs, and suppliers in India & China.

We’re a multi-brand D2C company based in Delhi running 4 consumer brands across very different categories:

🔹 Auriglo (auriglo.com) — Premium Apple Watch cases & accessories. Listed on Tata CLiQ Luxury & AJIO Luxe.

🔹 Bugario (bugario.com) — Trendy phone cases for iPhone & Samsung. 17,000+ customer reviews.

🔹 Urban Gadgets (theurbangadget.com) — Viral home gadgets, car accessories & kitchen tools.

We source primarily from China and Indian manufacturers — and we need someone sharp to own this end-to-end.

What You’ll Actually Do (Day-to-Day)

📦 Find & evaluate suppliers on 1688, Alibaba, IndiaMART, Made-in-China — for both new product launches and restocks of existing SKUs.

📋 Own all procurement documentation — purchase orders, invoices, import/export paperwork, customs compliance, shipping docs.

🚢 Manage the full supply chain — from placing the order → factory production tracking → shipment booking → last-mile delivery to our Delhi warehouse. You’ll track every order until it’s on our shelf.

🤝 Negotiate hard, build relationships — get the best MOQs, pricing, payment terms, and lead times. Maintain a supplier scorecard. Manage WeChat/WhatsApp communication with Chinese factories.

✅ Run quality checks — review product samples, factory photos, and pre-shipment inspections. Flag issues before they become returns.

🖥️ Help decide what we sell — work with the team on product selection, catalog gaps, and how products are visually presented on our websites (Shopify).

This Role Is For You If:

• You’ve sourced products from China before (even as an intern or assistant) — or you’re obsessed with learning how

• You’re comfortable navigating 1688.com, Alibaba, or similar B2B platforms

• You can manage 10+ orders simultaneously without dropping the ball

• You’re sharp with Excel — VLOOKUPs, order trackers, cost sheets, pivot tables

• You communicate clearly — with Chinese suppliers (English + translation tools), shipping agents, and our internal team

• You’re hungry to grow — this is a startup, not a corporate job. You’ll wear multiple hats.

Team & Reporting

You’ll report directly to the founder and work alongside the eCommerce operations and marketing teams. We’re a lean team of ~15 people – everyone’s contribution is visible and valued.
