Aurex Real Estate is expanding its digital marketing team and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and scaling lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and investment opportunities across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms
• Generate high-quality real estate leads through performance marketing strategies
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
• Create and monitor ad funnels, landing page performance, and lead conversion flows
• Work closely with the creative and sales teams for campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for ROI improvement
• Stay updated with advertising policies and platform updates
Requirements:
• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management
• Understanding of lead generation campaigns and performance marketing
• Knowledge of tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• CRM integration and automation understanding
• Basic landing page and funnel knowledge
