We have recently started our new office in Dharamshala and are looking for passionate and career-oriented Sr. Academic Counselors to join our team.

Job Summary

Sr. Academic Counselor will guide students and professionals in choosing the right courses according to their career goals. The candidate will be responsible for counseling, admissions, lead handling, and student support.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.
• Explain course details, fee structure, and batch timings.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through proper follow-up.
• Maintain records of leads and student data.
• Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding.
• Support seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in counseling, telecalling, or admissions preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
