Role Overview: 

We are looking for highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Supply Chain domain expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with supply chain data, business stakeholders, and analytics/reporting platforms to drive operational and strategic decision-making.

The role requires a strong understanding of business processes across various supply chain subdomains along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Keys Responsibilities:

·      Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

·      Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.

·      Develop and support dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools.

·      Collaborate with technical teams for solution implementation and delivery.

·      Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.

·      Ensure timely delivery within Agile/Scrum environments.

·      Present actionable insights and recommendations to business leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Strong understanding of Supply Chain domains such as Planning, Fulfillment, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Quality Management.

·      Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.

·      Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with effective stakeholder management skills.

·      Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in presenting data-driven insights to business teams.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

·      Experience with SAP/ERP systems for managing and optimizing business processes.

·      Familiarity with Python for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving tasks.

·      Proficiency in Jira for project tracking, issue management, and Agile collaboration.

·      Knowledge of Databricks for big data processing, analytics, and cloud-based data engineering workflows.
