Role Purpose
The Deputy General Manager – Operations – Global Service Centre will lead and oversee end-to-end shared services operations across Documentation, Invoicing, Customer Service, Process Excellence, Transitions, and Operational Transformation initiatives within the Global Service Centre. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, process governance, automation, standardization, productivity improvement, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions. The incumbent will play a pivotal leadership role in scaling operational capabilities, improving customer experience, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting organizational transformation objectives.
