Job Summary

We are looking for who are interested to work as a freelancer or in contract and experienced Global Data Transformation Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Data Migration, Enterprise Data Transformation, and Program Delivery Management. The ideal candidate should have experience leading large-scale global transformation programs and working closely with senior client stakeholders, including Steering Committee (SteerCo) members.

The candidate will act as a Lead Data Migration Expert representing the Transformation Management Consulting (TMC) team in workshops, governance meetings, delivery reviews, and strategic client discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale Data Migration and Data Transformation programs across global engagements.
• Represent the delivery team in client workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive governance discussions.
• Define and drive end-to-end Data Migration strategy, planning, execution, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful data transformation delivery.
• Manage data migration lifecycle including:
• Data assessment
• Data mapping
• Data cleansing
• Data validation
• Data reconciliation
• Mock loads
• Cutover planning
• Hypercare support
• Drive migration activities across ERP, cloud, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines, scope, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans related to migration and transformation activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to global delivery teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports, RAID logs, governance updates, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with business leadership and program managers for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and transformation standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Transformation, or Enterprise Data Management.
• Strong experience leading large-scale global transformation programs.
• Expertise in end-to-end Data Migration methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience working with ERP transformation programs such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience representing delivery teams in SteerCo meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple global stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and transformation governance management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• PMP, Agile, or Data Management certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
