Role Description

This is an on-site full-time position for a Meta Ads Expert located in Kolkata. The Meta Ads Expert will manage and execute advertising campaigns on social media platforms, primarily focusing on optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Ads. Responsibilities include audience research, ad creation, performance monitoring, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign data to improve performance. Collaboration with the marketing team to align ad strategies with business goals and staying updated on the latest trends and meta platform features are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Meta advertising platforms, specifically Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
• Proficiency in audience research, targeting strategies, and budgeting for ads
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and copywriting to create effective and engaging ad creatives
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, guidelines, and best practices for Meta platforms
• Experience in digital marketing strategies and performance advertising
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a marketing team
• Prior real estate marketing experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
