Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product & Application Executive – Food Ingredients based in Gurugram. The role involves working at the intersection of client requirements, ingredient sourcing, and technical application. You will collaborate with clients, global manufacturers, and internal teams to identify, develop, and customize ingredient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with clients to understand product requirements, specifications, and application needs
* Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers (including China and Europe) to source suitable food ingredients
* Evaluate ingredient specifications, functionality, and suitability for different applications
* Support product development and application trials by aligning client needs with ingredient capabilities
* Assist in identifying alternative ingredients or suppliers based on cost, quality, and functionality
* Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers and key client accounts
* Prepare technical documents, product briefs, and application-related reports
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, sourcing, and R&D) to ensure smooth execution of projects
* Support business growth by contributing to client discussions and solution-oriented selling

Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field (preferred)
* Strong understanding of food ingredients, basic formulations, and applications
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in evaluating ingredient options
* Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and global suppliers
* Interest or exposure to sourcing/procurement is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic commercial awareness and willingness to support client-facing discussions
* 0–1 year of experience (internships in food industry are a plus)
