QA Engineer (AI-Powered) Full Time

One of our clients is hiring an experienced QA Engineer (AI-Powered) – India (Remote) for a 6–12 month contract opportunity (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday).

Note: This is a contract role, not a full-time opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working 40 hours per week.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing.

* 2+ years of experience in QA leadership, team handling, and stakeholder management.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools and intelligent automation platforms.

* Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or similar platforms.

* Expertise in automation testing frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.

* Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

* Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery practices.

* Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native testing environments.

* Hands-on experience with API automation, regression testing, and end-to-end testing strategies.

* Experience implementing AI-driven testing methodologies and intelligent automation solutions.

* Experience with predictive analytics and AI-assisted defect management solutions.

* Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and enterprise-scale testing ecosystems.

* Exposure to cloud platforms and large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs.

* Proven experience leading QA transformation, innovation initiatives, and automation-first strategies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert quality metrics into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to drive organizational change and innovation adoption.

* Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Certifications in QA Automation, Agile, DevOps, or AI-related technologies are a plus.
