Manager – Business Control Unit (Microfinance) Full Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving field engagement and operational effectiveness by executing engagement strategies, strengthening communication between field teams and leadership, and resolving field issues as a single point of contact. The role involves monitoring business performance (including Argus), identifying deviations, improving operational efficiency, and tracking impact through KPIs to enhance overall field productivity and outcomes.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive field engagement strategy to strengthen the connection between field teams and the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify engagement opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Plan, organize, and lead field engagement events, meetings, and initiatives to foster a sense of improvement in performance.
• Provide support and intellectual resources to field to address engagement issues and improve team dynamics.
• Maintain open communication channels between field employees and the leadership team, ensuring that concerns and suggestions are addressed promptly.
• Measure and report on the impact of field engagement efforts, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
• Drive field initiatives and Ongoing key parameters driving and improving, e.g., proposal to disbursement
• Single point for all field related issue resolution & support.
• Monitoring key trends and reporting inconsistencies
• Pre-empting deviations in business
• Ongoing monitoring of deviations in business and corrective action
• Operational efficiencies in terms of resource allocation – center and loan clients, identifying efficiency improvement areas and under/over performers monitoring

Desired profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field operation with Bank / NBFC/MFI
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint & should be proficient in making presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and presenting finding.
• Willingness to learn and enhance knowledge.
