Role Overview
At D’ART Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional who can go beyond transactional HR and act as a true business partner. This role demands someone who understands evolving business needs, aligns HR practices with organizational goals, and confidently manages sensitive employee matters with maturity and discretion.
The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of operational excellence and strategic thinking, enabling them to contribute across the entire employee lifecycle while strengthening D’ART’s people practices in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
· Partner with business and operations teams to understand manpower planning aligned with project pipelines
· Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer closure
· Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles within D’ART’s service lines
· Enhance employer branding through structured hiring practices and candidate experience
2. Seamless Onboarding & Employee Integration
· Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth assimilation into D’ART culture
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide role clarity, training alignment, and early engagement
· Track new joiner effectiveness and retention indicators
3. Employee Relations & Conflict Management
· Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace concerns
· Handle sensitive conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and objectivity
· Drive a positive work environment through proactive engagement and coaching interventions
4. HR Compliance & Governance
· Ensure adherence to all statutory and labor law requirements (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, contracts, etc.)
· Maintain and standardize HR policies in line with regulatory and organizational requirements
· Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
5. HR Operations & Workforce Analytics
· Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records through HRMS (Empower HCM/biometric systems)
· Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems
· Generate and analyze HR MIS reports (recruitment tracker, attrition, grievance logs, etc.) to support decision-making
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Accounts teams to align HR processes with business workflows
· Support project-based workforce planning and resource allocation
· Enable smooth coordination for payroll inputs, vendor contracts, and employee documentation
7. Process Improvement & HR Initiatives
· Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience
· Drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth, culture building, and retention strategies
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency/operations-driven environment
· Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions with a strategic mindset
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
· Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive situations with maturity
· Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
· Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, reporting, dashboards)
· High level of ownership, integrity, and business understanding
