💼 Role Highlights:

80% focus on Recruitment (core responsibility)

20% involvement in HR Operations

Handling end-to-end hiring for sales & corporate roles

🎯 Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

⚠️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate hiring

(Profiles without real estate recruitment experience will not be considered)

✔ Strong recruitment experience (bulk/lateral hiring)

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring targets
